FREE delivery for orders over $89.00 AUD. A delivery fee of $14.99 applies to orders under $89.00

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders next business day. Occasionally there may be unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events or periods of high demand where this is not possible.

Orders delivered within Australia are sent via Australia Post eParcel signature required tracked service. Target delivery time: 5-12 business days

DHL Express delivery (2-3 days to urban areas) is available for an additional fee. Orders are targeted for delivery within 2-3 business days.

DHL Express orders placed on weekends, public holidays and after 0900 NZT during business days will be collected the following business day.

Orders are sent via DHL Express delivery. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout and charged at $19.99 for up to 2kg (most orders are within 2kg), plus $3 for each additional 500g.

A portion of your DHL Express delivery fee contributes towards DHL GoGreen+ Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) - SAF can effectively reduce lifecycle emissions of typical aviation fuel by up to 80%.

All orders are sent with 'signature required'. We strongly recommend that you use a business delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel. If no one is present to take delivery, a 'card to call' will be left by the courier and you will need to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery.

You may provide the courier with Authority to Leave (ATL) if no one is present to receive your delivery. If you give permission for the courier to leave your parcel without being signed for.

During periods of peak demand (such as sale events) express delivery may be unavailable.

Returns

PURE Sports Nutrition strives to offer only the highest quality products available and provide the best service possible with 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any product, please return it to us within 60 days of purchase and we will replace the product, or suggest an alternative. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your returns.

Risk & Responsibility

PURE Sports Nutrition cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery once your order has been collected by our courier. You will be provided with a unique courier tracking ID which will provide real time online track & trace of your parcel. We will endeavour to assist with any delivery issues where possible.
