RECOMMENDED USE:

PURE Electrolyte Hydration
Add sachet contents with 750ml of water and mix well. We recommend drinking 500ml – 750ml per hour during extended exercise. Consume drink within 12 hours of mixing with water.

PURE Energy Gels
Use 15 minutes prior to the activity, then every 30-40 minutes during exercise. Maximum daily intake 10 serves.

Loved the flavour of the gels and the electrolyte drink. The gels being more liquid made them so much easier to swallow than the gels I’ve had previously. The water bottle is quality - perfect for the bike

Found the CamelBak Podium clear bottle very easy to drink from, don’t need to suck, just squeeze. A bit smaller in the bottle cage, but stayed in (even in a bad crash). And the gels are fantastic, hydration my favourite.

Great way to work out what i needed on race day

I brought this before a cycling race and knew straight away i could drink the aid station hydration + ordered more gels to take on race day. These bottles are an improved version of the Camelbak ones that i find hard to clean so thumbs up all around.
