PURE Fluid Energy Gels are a premium natural energy gel designed to provide fast fuel during exercise in a no-fuss easy-to-use way, using real ingredients, carbohydrates and electrolytes.

Filtered Water, Maltodextrin, Organic Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, Mineral Salt (Sodium Citrate), Natural Flavour (including Kola Nut Extract), Acidity Regulator (Phosphoric Acid), Preservatives (Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate), Caffeine.

Supplemented Food: Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine. This food is not a sole source of nutrition and should be used in conjunction with a nutritious diet and an appropriate exercise program.

Warning: Children under 15 years & pregnant or lactating women should use only under medical or dietetic supervision.

RECOMMENDED USE: Use 15 minutes prior to activity, then every 30-40 minutes during exercise. Always use gel with 200-300ml of fluids to help prevent gastrointestinal upset. Maximum daily intake 10 servings.

How Much and When?

Science tells us that consuming 30-60 grams + of carbs per hour (even higher in ultra endurance activities), within a session, will enhance performance. Although it may feel early, this should start in the very first hour, ideally 10-15 min pre start. We generally suggest 1-2 gels hourly on top of your electrolyte hydration but trial this in training and adjust to suit you.

PURE Energy Gels are designed to provide fast fuel during exercise in a no-fuss easy-to-use way. PURE gels have carbs in the form of maltodextrin, which is absorbed quickly and used as muscle fuel. Most sports gels on the market are hard to consume with their sticky consistency, taste artificial and can be sickly sweet making them difficult to use for long periods while training and racing. 

PURE Fluid Energy Gels are more liquid than a traditional gel making them quick and easy to consume on the go.

Prefect consistency

Fresh pineapple flavour but not overpowering or too sweet. Consistency of the gel is perfect to consume when running. Not too thick like other brands
