      DIRECTIONS: 

      Add one sachet to 750ml of water and mix well. Consume within 12 hours of mixing.

      RECOMMENDED USE: 

      500ml – 750ml per hour during extended exercise.

      Used for multi day trip in Aussie. Great way to try all the flavours as I usually just have mix berry.

      I enjoyed trying all the different flavours. This hydration drink is great tasting and easy to use as it's pre-portined. I normally use it before & after my long runs

      This is really delicious. Way better than more basic electrolytes. It was a bit too sweet for me so I switched to the Low Carb version and like that better, but this is still really good.

      Love these electrolytes!

      After being very unwell and being told to drink electrolytes every day, I thought I'd try Pure. Thank goodness I did because they're fantastic! Love the pineapple flavour best, and our older kids love it to so perfect for sports and illness!
